‘I’m Valerie, a Psychology graduate with a deep interest in emotional wellbeing and gentle, heart-led support. I have experience working with vulnerable individuals in a charitable mental health organisation, offering compassionate, culturally sensitive support and clear communication.
I hold a degree in Psychology and I’m currently continuing my professional development through Interpreter training, Counselling and Hypnotherapy studies. I bring empathy, trust, and calm presence into my work. I’m passionate about helping people learn to be with their emotions, create a safe space inside, and build a kinder, more trusting relationship with themselves gently, at their own pace.’

With a dedicated focus on menopause awareness and well-being, my coaching extends beyond personal health to fostering inclusive workplace environments. At Nationwide Building Society, my role entailed developing training materials and championing value and respect, especially in our hybrid world of working both in the office and at home.
My commitment to empowering individuals, especially women, to advocate for equitable conditions was recognized when I was nominated as one of Nationwide's inspirational women, a testament to my efforts in driving change and promoting well-being.
I’m passionate about giving women a voice as well as helping them to be the best version of themselves.
